Monday-Friday 7:30AM-4:30PM, 4:00PM finish on Fridays80k-100k negotiable on experienceLocal warehouse
About The Role
The Branch supervisor is required to supervise the day-to-day operations of the branch, in a way which maximises the delivery of an effective and efficient service
delivery to our customers. Primary accountabilities include achieving operational and safety KPI's
Lead, develop and maintain the branchPromote and maintain the culture of safety within the branchDevelop and maintain relationships with key customersDevelop and implement systems that monitor the extent to which the branch is deliveringEnsure timely interventions when standards fail to meet requirementsDevelop and maintain effective working relationships with suppliersSupport the branch with directionAct as point of communicationAttract, retain and motivate the branch teamSupport the sales team to reach & exceed sales targetsEnsure performance standards and expectations are clearEnsure excellent customer service is consistently deliveredMinimise business costs Support the achievement of business expansion targetsLiaise with Senior Management, Sales Managers and Other staff within the company on ways to improve profitabilityCarry out follow up AuditsOther duties as required
Role Requirements
Demonstrated background in supervising/management within the transport, logistics or manufacturing industryQualifications in supervisor/leadership advantageous Valid drivers license & reliable vehicleGenuine commitment to safe work practices
