About the Role
As a Service Advisor you will
- Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone
- Accurately document repair orders and define work scope
- Present service offers and upsell where appropriate
- Manage bookings and liaise with technicians
- Prepare quotes, process payments, and handle warranty claims
- Ensure exceptional customer service and compliance with WHS policies
What We’re Looking For
- Year 12 or equivalent
- Trade qualification or industry experience (preferred)
- Strong admin, organisational, and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
