Roy Gripske & Sons (RGS) is a proudly Australian, family-owned business operating nationally across the outdoor power equipment industry. With continued growth across our divisions, we're looking for an IT Support Technician to join our close-knit Technology team.
About the role
As the frontline of IT support at RGS, you'll provide technical support to users across the business, supporting desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, Microsoft 365, and core business systems. This is a hands-on, customer-focused role with exposure to a broad range of technologies and ongoing IT projects.
Key responsibilities
* Provide prompt, professional IT support to internal users
* Log, track and resolve incidents via the IT Help Desk
* Troubleshoot hardware, software, network and application issues
* Perform device setup, onboarding and offboarding tasks
* Assist with user account management, security controls and asset records
* Support IT documentation and basic process improvement
What we're looking for
* Cert IV or Diploma in IT (or equivalent experience)
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Experience supporting Windows, Microsoft 365 and end users
* Familiarity with help desk systems and basic networking
* Current driver's licence
Desirable: Exposure to Intune, eCommerce platforms, ITIL fundamentals or cyber security basics.
