Job Description
Lead the delivery of exceptional customer experiences in-store by overseeing operational execution and driving service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Coach and develop Warehouse and Customer Service teams' knowledge and capability.
* Deliver a positive store atmosphere to create a great customer experience and effectively resolve any customer complaints and queries.
* Ensure store is meeting all compliance and legislative requirements.
* Monitor the store activities to ensure it aligns with the business's core policy and standard operating procedures.
* Establish and oversee effective warehouse inventory management processes and systems.
