This State Government Authority is seeking an experienced PMO Manager to provide portfolio management oversight with regular reporting through to senior management and representation on various working groups and steering committees.
The Opportunity
- Governance, compliance, procurement, and risk practices
- Financial management structure, associated systems, policies, and procedures
- Financial planning, budget management and reporting
- Business resilience planning and coordination
- Ongoing maintenance of project management tools
- Support Senior Stakeholders with ongoing portfolio oversight and monitoring, risk management and evaluation solutions to drive performance and the realisation of return on investment
About You:
- You have experience leading a PMO Team
- Enjoy providing job coaching, mentoring to deliver high quality projects
- Facilitate learning programs that strengthen and improve project management culture
- Lead PMO Team, coach, mentor to ensure high quality of projects are delivered
- Appropriate accreditation in project management and governance e.g. PMBOK, Prince2, Agile or Lean
- Experience working in a PMO delivering multi-year, high budget programs
