About the Role
The Opportunity
We're seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Representative to join our growing team in Smithton. This role services the Circular Head region; TASMAC may consider applicants who wish to travel from Wynyard.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone ready to take on a new challenge and join a business dedicated to keeping Tasmania moving.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will support our mission - "We are here for you" – by delivering expert advice, a seamless sales experience, and genuine value for our customers.

Responsibilities
* Proactively identifying new business opportunities across our product range
* Building and maintaining a strong customer network within your designated region
* Consistently deliver high levels customer service
* Collaborating with the Management Group to meet and exceed sales targets
* Work effectively with all departments and branches
* Accurately appraise and value machinery offered for trade-in or purchase
* Represent TASMAC at field days demonstrations and industry events
* Ensure timely and accurate sales administration
* All other duties as required by management
About You
* Proven experience in agricultural sales or similar industry
* Demonstrated sales achievements and a strong customer focus
* A proactive attitude and well developed problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and relationship building skills
* An ability to work under pressure, with attention to detail
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* A passion for farming and the agricultural industry
* High level of computer literacy
* Valid and current driver\'s Licence
