The Role The Duty Manager's primary responsibility is to oversee the safety and operation of the facility with support from the Management Team and to direct day to day activities of the Health Club, Aquatics, Programs, and Private Hires.Our Duty Manager's are responsible for all general enquiries, sales and bookings and provide an exceptional Guest Experience to all members and guests. Skills & Attributes:Strong leadership experience with an ability to inspire othersExcellent verbal communication skillsSound knowledge of work health and safety legislative guidelines, evacuation and emergency procedures.Ability to work weekends, mornings and evenings Current First Aid (Level 2) & Current CPR CertificateWorking with Children's check and National Police Check clearanceCurrent Pool Lifeguard CertificatePool Lifeguard qualifications along with CPR & First Aid are essential for this role.
