The Company
A well-established and growing property advisory firm based on the Gold Coast, this business specialises in representing buyers across strategic property acquisitions.
With a strong leadership team and a relationship-driven approach, the firm has built a solid reputation for delivering tailored acquisition strategies and negotiating favourable outcomes for its clients. Operating across multiple asset classes, the business continues to experience steady growth and increasing demand within the commercial market.
As part of its next phase of expansion, the company is now looking to strengthen its commercial division with a senior-level hire.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Founder, this role will lead and grow the commercial buyer advocacy offering.
You will manage end-to-end commercial acquisitions, from interpreting client briefs and sourcing opportunities through to negotiation and settlement acting as a trusted advisor throughout the transaction process.
This is a hybrid role combining office collaboration with on-the-ground activity including client meetings, inspections and relationship management.
Duties:
* Lead end-to-end commercial property acquisitions from initial brief through to settlement
* Interpret client investment objectives and develop aligned acquisition strategies
* Source on-market and off-market commercial opportunities
* Conduct financial feasibility analysis, yield assessments and due diligence
* Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, vendors and key market stakeholders
* Lead negotiations to secure favourable pricing and commercial terms
* Present structured acquisition recommendations and investment summaries to clients
* Manage transaction processes including coordination with legal, finance and advisory partners
* Contribute to the growth and development of the commercial division
The Candidate
* Proven experience within commercial property (agency, development, advisory or investment)
* Strong commercial acumen and understanding of asset performance
* Demonstrated negotiation capability
* Ability to operate autonomously while driving client outcomes
* Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and accountability
* Confident communicator with high-level advisory skills
