What are we looking for?
We have a fantastic opportunity in our Bendigo or Sunshine office for a Junior / Legal Assistant to join our National Work & Road team. You will be reporting to Senior Legal
- Counsel, and as one of the support team members, you will help maintain and drive the success of the department. Your energy and drive will be integral in achieving successful outcomes along with your positive approach to your work. This is a full time opportunity however we are open to hybrid work arrangement on completion of sufficient training.
- This role will have you responsible for providing administrative support to our busy team, with ongoing training and development. Daily duties will include:
- Communicating with clients, lawyers and other professionals
- Arranging appointments and extensive diary management
- Generating & editing correspondence
- Assist with all administration and management of files
- Prepare legal correspondence and filing court documents
- Preparing briefs
What will you bring?

- Previous experience as a legal assistant, with a solid legal background and understanding of Personal Injury or Workers Compensation (highly regarded)
