About You
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate Business Banking Officer to join the Business Banking Team.
As the Business Banking Officer, you will play an integral part in supporting Queensland Country Bank's Business Banking members, guiding them to successful outcomes by identifying business and individual needs, problem-solving, and proactively promoting our products and services. You should have previous commercial lending and/or agribusiness lending experience, be proactive in engaging members, and able to work with internal and external stakeholders to build strong and genuine partnerships.

This position is full-time, salaried based on a 38-hour workweek. However, the successful candidate must be prepared to work outside normal business hours to meet departmental needs.
About The Role
To be eligible to apply, you must possess the following:
* Proven experience in SME/Business Banking/Self-Employed lending
* Sound knowledge of financial statements and credit assessment skills
* Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, including negotiation and communication
* Demonstrated time management skills
* Tertiary or relevant qualification (desirable)
* Tier 2 accreditation
