Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Rural Property Sales Leader to drive sales results, build relationships with clients, and develop a high-performing team in the rural broadacre sector.
This role has a strong focus on marketing and transaction of large-scale cropping, grazing, and mixed-farming properties. You will work closely with farming families, agribusiness investors, and local landowners, leveraging your knowledge of rural property markets to deliver tailored sales strategies and trusted advice.

* Lead and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve sales and earnings targets, particularly in the rural broadacre sector.
* Coach and develop staff to ensure best practices and consistent service delivery, with an emphasis on agricultural and rural property expertise.
* Manage the performance and development of direct reports through structured feedback and goal setting.
* Foster strong relationships with clients and identify new sales opportunities, especially in the broadacre farming and agribusiness markets.
* Represent the company in the community through events, marketing campaigns, and local initiatives such as field days, rural expos, and on-farm visits.
Key Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Proven experience in real estate sales, ideally with a background in rural property, broadacre transactions, or team leadership.
* Strong understanding of local property market trends and relevant legislation, particularly around land use, water rights, zoning, and agricultural considerations.
* A Real Estate License and a current Driver's Licence (Auctioneer's License desirable).
* Skilled in performance management, team development, and financial planning.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead by example.
