About CK Growth Finance

CK Growth Finance is a boutique mortgage and finance brokerage firm, supporting clients across south-east Queensland and Australia. We work for clients, not for the banks, and we access a panel of 50+ lenders and 1,300+ loan products to find the right fit. Our tagline is Finance that Builds Futures, and we operate with a client-first mindset, integrity and transparency, and disciplined credit outcomes.

About the role

We are hiring an experienced Customer Manager / Credit Analyst to partner closely with an experienced broker and the wider support team. You will drive a seamless, compliant client journey from enquiry to settlement and beyond, without the pressure of sales targets. This position is replacing an existing role, so there is an established workflow, clear expectations, and a structured handover.

Flexible, predominantly work-from-home role. We value autonomy and outcomes, with occasional in-person catch-ups in Brisbane or the Gold Coast to support collaboration and connection.

Key responsibilities

· Assess loan applications in line with lender policy and responsible lending obligations.

· Review income documents, bank statements, credit reports, and complete serviceability and funding calculators.

· Recommend loan structures tailored to client needs and in their best interests.

· Prepare high-quality compliance notes and credit summaries to support strong file quality and audit readiness.

· Communicate with clients, lenders, and the internal team to ensure a smooth, professional experience end-to-end.

· Maintain momentum across the pipeline by managing tasks, follow-ups, and deadlines with disciplined prioritisation.

· Support ongoing client relationships through proactive engagement and regular lending reviews.

What we are looking for

· Strong knowledge of mortgage lending, credit principles, and supporting documentation.

· High attention to detail and a strong quality mindset (first-time-right).

· Excellent time management and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.

· Customer-first approach with a calm, solutions-focused attitude.

· Clear communicator (written and verbal) who can explain next steps and set expectations.

· Able to work independently while staying connected and collaborative.

Skills and experience

· Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role within mortgage broking, banking, or credit assessment.

· Experience with at least two of the following systems is required: Connective Mercury, CRM systems, and Quickli.

· Solid understanding of major lender policies and documentation requirements.

· Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).

How success is measured

· First-time-right file quality and clean, complete submissions.

· Turnaround times and pipeline momentum (no dropped balls).

· Customer delight: proactive communication and a calm, confident client experience.

What we offer

· A high-trust, quality-first environment with no sales targets.

· Salary $80,000-$100,000 plus super plus incentive based on agreed performance metrics (first-time-right, turnaround, and customer delight).

· Training, support, and professional development with an established team and proven process.

How to apply

Submit your CV and a short cover note outlining your relevant credit experience, the systems you have used (Mercury/CRM/Quickli), and your notice period.
