About the Role: Front Office to Sales Pathway

* You’ll begin as a Front Office Coordinator. The warm, welcoming face of Dental Boutique. From greeting patients to managing appointments and ensuring each visit runs smoothly, you’ll help create a memorable and seamless experience for every client.
* But this role goes beyond the front desk.
* If you have a natural ability to build trust, communicate with confidence, and help people take the next step, you’ll transition into a Patient Sales Consultant – guiding clients through their smile journey with care and clarity.

What you’ll be doing

* Welcome patients with professionalism and warmth
* “Check in” and “check out” clients while managing appointment schedules
* Handle phone enquiries and complete admin tasks with accuracy and efficiency
* Create a calm, confident environment that puts patients at ease
* Coordinate with the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations

What you’ll be growing into

* Lead tailored consultations to support patients through their decision-making journey
* Build trust and rapport with clients while presenting treatment options
* Manage treatment plans, appointment scheduling, and follow-up communication
* Collaborate with clinicians to ensure personalised, high-quality care
* Use your natural ability to influence and connect to drive conversions

About You

* You might come from hospitality, healthcare, dental, high-end retail, or sales – but you bring a premium customer service mindset to everything you do
* You’re confident, warm, and thrive in high-touch, people-focused roles
* You’re organised, detail-oriented, and love creating structure and calm in busy environments
* You’re ambitious, emotionally intelligent, and eager to grow into a role with more responsibility and impact
* You’re motivated by helping people and delivering meaningful results
