Giants Concreting, based in Bexley, NSW, are currently seeking a Project Administrator to join their team and play a key role in managing projects, contracts, and client relationships to ensure smooth and timely delivery. This is a full-time position for right applicant.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop, review, and negotiate contract variations, project scopes, and service agreements.
* Respond to client and stakeholder enquiries, resolving issues related to projects and services.
* Manage all project-related documentation and reporting requirements.
* Liaise with Project Managers, Engineers, Architects, builders, and contractors to ensure project objectives are met.
* Provide timely advice and support to senior management and assist in decision implementation.
* Monitor and report on contractor performance and site variations.
* Collect and analyse project data, reporting on progress, budget, and outcomes.
* Prepare formal submissions and activity reports as required.
* Support with office coordination, including reviewing and arranging site or office accommodation as needed.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role within the construction or concreting industry.
* AQF qualification of Diploma or Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management.
* Concreting license (preferred).
* Strong understanding of Australian construction legislation, codes, and compliance standards.
* Demonstrated experience dealing with builders, construction companies, subcontractors, clients, and employees.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management software is highly regarded.
Salary - $73,150 - $77,000 plus super.
