We are seeking a highly motivated Client Service Administrator to provide administrative support for their Partner and Accounting Team across the full range of client servicing activities, that delivers high quality and timely outcomes for Sammut Bulow clients and external stakeholders, as well as internal stakeholders.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Main Accountabilities – Role Specific


• Act as a key point of contact for Sammut Bulow clients and prospective clients


• Proactively resolve client issues that are within the scope of your knowledge and parameters of the position


• Manage and drive your Accounting teams workflow to ensure tasks are completed within timeframe expected by the client


• Provide timely and relevant verbal and written reports to Partners and others as required


• Proactively engage with individuals and the Administration Team to discuss and resolve issues that my be impacting performance


• Prepare client communications and correspondence as required


• Support your Partner and Accounting Team through undertaking administrative support tasks and duties

• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and organisation policies


• Ensure discretion and confidentiality of clients and organisation


• Ensure all work is undertaking in accordance with all legal requirements


• Ensure all work is undertaking in accordance employment related legislation and regulations and Occupation Health and Safety Legislation and regulations


• Support a safe working environment within your area of responsibility


• Apply sound time management judgement in relation to prioritising work and meeting deadlines

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:


• 3-5 years experience in a similar role


• High level verbal and written communication skills


• Client Focused mentality


• Strong time management skills


• Ability to maintain confidentiality and ethics


• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.


• General understanding of Accounting and Tax terminology


• Self-motivated and able to work independently to ensure work is completed


• Team success orientated


• Role models drive and commitment to achieve high quality outcomes for clients


• The ability to effectively respond to change.

• Proactively meets with Partner to review work in progress and forecast upcoming work to ensure accurate and efficient resource allocation
