What You'll Do
* Perform general plumbing maintenance and minor upgrade works in accordance with PAS service definitions.
* Maintain and repair water supply, sewerage, drainage and other plumbing systems across the base.
* Undertake backflow prevention and thermostatic mixing valve testing where certified.
* Respond promptly to service requests and urgent repairs.
What You'll Bring
* Certificate III in Plumbing (or equivalent).
* QBCC Plumbing Licence (QLD).
* Post‐trade experience in plumbing maintenance, preferably in a facilities or Defence environment.
* Demonstrated ability to perform plumbing system maintenance, drainage and water system management.
* Backflow Prevention Certification and Gas Work Licence (Type A) – desirable.
* Current open driver's licence.
* Ability to obtain and retain Defence Security Clearance (Australian citizenship required).
