About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Early Childhood Assistant Director / Admin to join our team full-time. This off-the-floor role is ideal for an experienced educator or administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working behind the scenes to ensure smooth operations, and is ready to take on a leadership position supporting the service.

About You
Passion for delivering quality care and education
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal abilities
Strong leadership and team management skills
Working With Children and Police check
Exceptional ability to plan, prioritize, and manage tasks effectively
Diploma in Early Childhood preferred
Key Responsibilities
Manage enrolments, family inquiries, and centre documentation
Oversee service administration and compliance requirements
Support educators with administrative tasks and ensure smooth daily operations
Liaise with families, external agencies, and regulatory bodies
Assist the Centre Director in leadership, team management, and operational decisions
Maintain records, policies, and procedures in line with industry regulations
About You
✔ Experience in early childhood education and/or administration✔ Strong organisational and communication skills✔ Proficiency in administrative software and compliance systems✔ Ability to work independently and collaboratively✔ Passion for supporting high-quality early childhood education✔ Leadership skills and the ability to support and guide a team
