Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
* Analyzing machine data to improve uptime and reduce costs
* Leading root cause investigations and implementing corrective actions
* Conducting FMEA and risk assessments for preventative maintenance
* Developing predictive maintenance strategies using condition monitoring
* Tracking reliability metrics (MTBF, MTTR) and driving performance improvements
* Supporting troubleshooting and implementing industry best practices
* Occasional travel to customer sites as part of the Adelaide-based team
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
* A degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
* Exposure to mobile equipment and condition monitoring systems (added advantage)
* Familiarity with SHE standards and reliability tools (FMEA, RCA) (added advantage)
* Proficiency in MS Office and Power BI for data analysis and reporting
* Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
