The Role
We're seeking an Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (HVAC) Service Technician to carry out servicing and maintenance of HVAC systems across a diverse range of commercial client sites. In this role, you'll ensure the performance, reliability, and efficiency of building systems that keep workplaces, hospitals, universities, and other critical facilities operating at their best.
Sites and responsibilities will be tailored to the successful candidate's experience, with training and development provided where required to support ongoing professional growth. While refrigeration experience is not essential for this role, it will be viewed favourably as CMS continues to expand into new service capabilities in the next chapter of our business.

What You'll Be Doing
• Service, maintain, and repair air conditioning & refrigeration systems
• Diagnose and repair HVAC electrical and control faults
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and compliance tasks
• Deliver planned and reactive services across varied client sites
• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery
Your Education, Experience & Skills
• Cert III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (minimum)
• Current ARC Licence & Restricted Electrical Licence
• C Class Driver's Licence
• Experience in building mechanical services & HVAC maintenance
• Ability to diagnose & repair electrical/control faults
• Strong safety mindset, work ethic & customer service focus
• Full working rights in Australia (essential)
