Position Description: This position is for a case manager supporting at risk, disengaged students in their social and emotional wellbeing and supporting improved learning outcomes, encouraging their continued connection with schooling through the provision of case management. The position is for 7.5 hours three days per week.

Please note the salary amount may differ from that advertised. Salary is dependent upon your current employment status with the Department for Education, tenure and hours per week. The salary stated is based on an employee working 52 weeks per annum, full time equivalent. The successful applicant will be employed under the appropriate mode of employment. Please note that part time and flexible arrangements will be considered.
