Base Pay Range

A$60,000.00/yr - A$80,000.00/yr

Location: Brisbane (Hybrid: 3 days office, 2 days WFH)

Are you ready to launch your career in tech sales with a global software leader? We're partnering with an innovative company that creates solutions trusted by thousands of organizations worldwide. Their tools make life easier for IT leaders, developers, and operations teams—helping businesses deliver faster, smarter, and more securely.

This is your chance to join a dynamic APAC team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR). You'll be the first point of contact for inbound leads, qualifying opportunities, and managing early-stage conversations that drive real impact.


What you'll do

* Engage warm inbound leads and strategic prospects across APAC via phone, email, and LinkedIn
* Qualify leads, uncover customer needs, and align them to cutting-edge solutions
* Book high-quality meetings for Account Executives and support early sales cycles
* Manage smaller transactional deals from initial conversation through to close
* Use tools like Salesforce and Groove to plan, track, and optimize your activity
* Apply proven sales methodologies (SPIN, MEDDPICC) to progress conversations


Requirements

* A genuine desire to build a successful career in tech sales
* Strong communication skills and confidence engaging customers across APAC
* Curiosity, resilience, and adaptability in a fast-moving environment
* Some experience in a customer-facing role (sales, service, retail, call center)
* Full working rights in Australia


Nice‑to‑haves

* Familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or sales engagement tools
* Knowledge of sales methodologies like BANT, Challenger, MEDDPICC
* Be part of a growing APAC commercial team with clear career paths into Account Executive roles
