We are seeking a high performing, driven and self‐motivated New Homes Sales Consultant to join our close-knit Southwest sales team. You will have access to leads from multiple sources including office walk‐ins, website enquiries, EDMs, phone calls, live chat leads, and display visitors. We offer the ability to sell into more diverse areas with the largest range of unique homes in WA.
With our support, there is an expectation that you will supplement our lead generation by self‐generating your own via your networks, house and land packages and social media. The opportunity is based in our Bunbury office, with access to our office in Busselton and all others across the state.

Previous experience in the new homes sales is essential, and experience working with rural and remote sites is a significant advantage.
Duties
Achieve monthly sales targets
Be proficient in selling into both greenfield and rural markets
Successfully engage and convert new enquiry to sales in both display and office environments
Be able to interpret client's requirements and liaise between our design and estimating teams, in person and via our computer systems
Use of CRM to manage clients and their journey status
Demonstrate to customers a thorough understanding of the building process including complicated sites and their associated costs
Provide a high level of customer service from pre‐sale through construction to handover

Remuneration is commission‐based, uncapped and a retainer can be discussed commensurate with your experience. Both company and employee structures will be considered.
