Tasks & Responsibilities
* Greet and engage prospective customers in a friendly and professional manner
* Understand and effectively communicate the benefits, features, and technology of various electric vehicle models
* Conduct needs assessments and recommend appropriate EV options
* Stay current on EV trends, incentives, charging infrastructure, and industry developments
* Schedule and accompany customers on test drives, ensuring safety and providing vehicle insights
* Assist customers with financing, leasing, and insurance options
* Follow up with leads and maintain relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and generate repeat business
* Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
* Input customer information and interactions accurately into the CRM system
* Participate in dealership events, training sessions, and product launches
* Your role does not restrict to the above responsibilities, time to time your direct manager will assign task other than the above duties.
Qualifications & Experience
* Minimum 1-2 years of automotive sales experience is required.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
* Passion for sustainability and electric vehicles.
* Ability to work in a fast‐paced, target‐driven environment.
* Applicants must have full working rights in Australia (no restrictions).
