About the role
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team in Mawson Lakes, Adelaide. In this full-time role, you will be a key player in the smooth and efficient functioning of our supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities:
* Purchasing: Place and manage purchase orders to ensure stock availability and cost efficiency.
* Logistics Coordination: Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, working with freight providers to ensure timely delivery.
* Sales Order Processing: Accurately process and track sales orders, ensuring all client requirements are met.
* Customer & Internal Liaison: Act as a key point of contact between sales, operations, suppliers, and customers to maintain relationships, clear communication and efficient workflow.
* Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain stock levels, update inventory databases, and forecast future supply needs.
* Order Tracking: Ensure all sales orders are accurately tracked and communicated to customers throughout the delivery process.
* Shipment Coordination: Organise dispatches and deliveries to align with client schedules and expectations.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in a supply chain, logistics, or purchasing role.
* Knowledge of industrial engineering products.
* CNC or cutting tool experience an advantage
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Proficiency in inventory and order management systems.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
* High attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
