About the role
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team in Mawson Lakes, Adelaide. In this full-time role, you will be a key player in the smooth and efficient functioning of our supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities:
Purchasing : Place and manage purchase orders to ensure stock availability and cost efficiency.
Logistics Coordination : Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, working with freight providers to ensure timely delivery.
Sales Order Processing : Accurately process and track sales orders, ensuring all client requirements are met.
Customer & Internal Liaison : Act as a key point of contact between sales, operations, suppliers, and customers to maintain relationships, clear communication and efficient workflow.
Inventory Management : Monitor and maintain stock levels, update inventory databases, and forecast future supply needs.
Order Tracking : Ensure all sales orders are accurately tracked and communicated to customers throughout the delivery process.
Shipment Coordination : Organise dispatches and deliveries to align with client schedules and expectations.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in a supply chain, logistics, or purchasing role.
Knowledge of industrial engineering products.
CNC or cutting tool experience an advantage
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Proficiency in inventory and order management systems.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
High attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
