About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for data analysis and reporting, roster alignment with customer demand, coach store leaders on roster best practices, monitor contracted hours, leave, and overtime, suggest cost-effective alternatives, reconcile rosters, timesheets, leave bookings, and contracted hours; resolve discrepancies before payroll, prepare payroll files, track approvals, and ensure timely submission, check award settings, penalty rates, and public holiday rules with Payroll/HR, conduct daily spot checks, weekly approvals, and payroll cutoff reconciliations.
