About the Role: We're looking for a qualified air conditioning / refrigeration technician to join our growing team. Apprentices are welcome to apply This role offers variety, independence, and opportunities to upskill across HVAC, electrical, and solar. You'll work with a team that values reliability, communication, and a positive attitude—and yes, we like to have a laugh along the way.

Key Responsibilities:
• Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning and refrigeration systems
• Assist with electrical and solar work (training provided if needed)
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues safely and efficiently
• Deliver outstanding customer service and represent the company professionally onsite
• Complete job documentation accurately and on time
• Maintain company equipment, tools, and vehicles in good condition
• Work independently while keeping the team informed
About You:
We're after someone with strong technical skills and an even stronger attitude:
• Qualified Air Conditioning / Refrigeration Technician (Apprentices will also be considered)
• Electrical experience is a bonus
• Experience in HVAC, solar, or electrical work is highly regarded
• Strong problem-solving and fault-finding abilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
• Knowledge of safety standards and compliance
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Takes pride in their work and does the job right the first time
• Positive, team-focused, and easy to get along with
• Comfortable using job management apps/software or willing to learn
