The Opportunity
Reporting to the Director of Talent & Culture, you'll play a key role in supporting our people and culture function across:
* Recruitment & onboarding
* Payroll support
* Training & development
* Rewards & recognition
* Employee engagement
* General HR administration
You'll also be the first point of contact for the Talent & Culture office, representing the resort with professionalism and warmth.
