Responsibilities
* Lead and develop the team and support the Restaurant Manager with the smooth operations of the restaurant.
* Provide clear direction, coaching and support to prepare and serve delicious food and create feel-good customer experiences through every interaction.
* Use strong business acumen and commitment to continuous improvement to optimise profit, create a positive culture and drive costs down while improving the customer experience and maintaining high standards.
* Translate direction into action and lead, inspire and support the crew to perform at their best every day.
Qualifications / Requirements
* Demonstrated management experience in the hospitality industry.
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to lead and support a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Commitment to continuous improvement and to championing the customer experience.
