Purpose The Processing Team Leader will be leading, motivating, and maximising the team potential to ensure the long term, positive Accounts relationship with its Suppliers, Partners, and customers. The Team Leader will also focus on coaching the ongoing growth of Team Members, process improvements and efficiencies. This role is primarily responsible for the leadership of the invoice processing function and ensure invoices are processed accurately and within agreed service level agreements. To manage supplier accounts and aged payables. The Processing Team Leader is responsible for the overall management of the Accounts Payable service function, including the timely processing of invoices, management of brand and client relationships, and ensuring that team performance meets KPIs and incentives. Primary Accountabilities & Objectives: Leadership, Support and Development Effectively lead their team to meet allocation of work and weekly/monthly KPI’s. Support and foster a positive, well-balanced high-performance team environment and culture. Effective One on Ones, planners and WBMs Process Improvement Ad-hoc projects to continually improve the team processes, controls, and quality of work to ensure teams are processing in a timely manner and to a high standard. Investigation and implementation of new processes as per best practice to address problems. Supplier, Partner & Customer Relationship Management Knowledge of your stakeholders and importance to maintain strong stakeholder relationships i.e., Suppliers, Offshore partners, and Travel Managers with proactive clear communication. Identify any trends or areas of concern to Head of Accounts Payable and take corrective action to mitigate financial/Operational risks.
