As the Principal Surveyor, you will drive culture, collaboration, and staff development; oversee recruitment, workforce planning, and performance management to ensure a highly engaged team.
 * Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring technical excellence, timely delivery, and profitability.
 * Act as a key client manager, maintaining strong existing relationships and identifying opportunities to expand presence.
 * Provide direction on cadastral, engineering, and construction surveys; ensure quality assurance, safety compliance, and effective use of digital systems.
 * Drive the long-term success of the practice, aligning with broader business strategy and contributing to growth in Place and Development.
The ideal candidate holds a recognised degree in Surveying and is registered with the relevant Board. They bring extensive experience in surveying practice, including cadastral and construction survey expertise.
