In this role your previous experience of supporting fee earners will be incredibly important, in addition to the below attributes and skills you also possess;
- At least 4 years' experience working in a similar role within a law firm or professional services environment
- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral), demonstrate an eye for detail and approach your tasks with enthusiasm and pride
- Thrive in a fast-paced working environment, and relish the opportunity to exercise your proven time management and organisational skills to deliver excellent client service
- Possess advanced proficiency in the MS Suite
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency and work in a high demand administration role
**We are looking for experience in**
- Word processing, document preparation and drafting correspondence
- Both paper and electronic filing
- Attention to detail and taking pride in organisation
- Liaising with both internal and external clients as required
- Entering client details into a contacts database
- Creating new client matter files, closing and archiving client matter files
- Preparation of documents for international board calls
- All general administrative tasks including filing and photocopying
