About the Position
This is a full-time temporary identified role, open to Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander applicants only. The position focuses on supporting First Nations children aged 0–9 with disabilities or developmental delays in thriving.
You will build strong relationships with First Nations families, undertake observations of children in their natural environment, and support families to establish meaningful goals and aspirations for their child and family.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support First Nations children with disabilities or developmental delays to thrive

Requirements:
* Experience working with First Nations children and families
* Understanding of child development (0–9 years)
* Knowledge and connection to local First Nations communities
* Ability to promote a culturally safe and supportive work environment
* Aboriginality confirmed by a common seal and reference from an Aboriginal organisation or community group
* Tertiary qualification in Early Childhood or Allied Health desirable
* Understanding of child protection principles and Keep Them Safe
* Valid Driver's Licence (P1 minimum)
* WWCC & NDIS Worker Screening Check
