We have got an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment and Conversion Coordinator to be part of our team at ECA UniSC in our Sydney (Parramatta) office.
ECA UniSC Sydney is dedicated to supporting international student recruitment and conversion, working closely with agents, pathway partners, and university stakeholders to maximise enrolment outcomes and deliver an exceptional student experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage designated agents through recruitment events and provide feedback to recruitment staff.
- Represent UniSC Adelaide and Sydney at recruitment events, provide product training, and organise recruitment-related events.
- Prepare recruitment trips, identify potential partners, and drive sales; travel as required and prepare trip reports.
- Engage prospective students via phone, email, and social media through direct, agent, and partner channels.
- Conduct regular conversion activities as directed by the Recruitment Team.
- Maintain prospective international leads on the ECA System and ensure high conversion rates to enrolments.
- Prepare correspondence requests for further information.
- Assist the Recruitment Team in preparing and sending approved correspondences to prospective students/agents.
- Contact impacted students in the event of course cancellations, suspensions, changes, deferrals, or quotas being met.
- Liaise and maintain good relations with ECA Group’s external and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Recruitment to liaise with university stakeholders on entry requirements, market feedback, recruitment pipeline, and product updates.
- Assist the Recruitment Team to train/brief stakeholders about any changes.
- Create reports for the Recruitment Team on recruitment strategies and generate reports using ECA systems.
- Engage in direct recruitment activities as required.
As the successful candidate you will ideally have:
- Appropriate qualification or experience at Bachelor level suitable to relevant sales experience and/or education/training.
- Recruitment or marketing experience, preferably in the education sector.
- Familiarity with ESOS legislation and immigration regulations relating to international students and education providers.
- High-level computer literacy (Microsoft suite, especially spreadsheets), experience with database systems and online communications.
- Initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Experience managing activities of self and/or others, including coaching.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, especially in sales.
- Effective engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
- (Desirable) Personal accountability to comply with all University/College policies, procedures, and legislative/regulatory obligations (including TEQSA and Higher Education Threshold Standards).
- (Desirable) Fluency in a second language.
