Overview
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced New Car Sales Manager to lead a busy volume new car site in Parramatta.
This role is ideal for a driven sales leader who enjoys coaching teams, improving performance and delivering an outstanding customer experience in a fast-paced dealership environment.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the new vehicle sales department, driving volume, profitability and customer satisfaction while maintaining strong processes and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Leading, motivating and developing the new car sales team to achieve volume, revenue and CSI targets
* Managing the end-to-end sales process from enquiry through to vehicle delivery
* Coaching sales consultants to maximise performance, conversion and professionalism
* Monitoring stock levels, inventory flow and delivery pipelines
* Working closely with Finance & Insurance, Aftersales and customer support teams
* Managing customer feedback, online reviews and escalations
* Using CRM and digital lead platforms to drive enquiry management and reporting
About You
* Proven automotive sales experience
* Leadership or supervisory experience within a dealership environment highly regarded
* Strong commercial awareness with experience managing margins and KPIs
* Confident communicator with a customer-first mindset
* Comfortable working with CRM systems and dealership management software
* Current unrestricted driver's licence
