Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for Centre Manager at either of our AMA Group Solutions or Capital S.M.A.R.T Repairs team.
This is a full-time permanent position reporting to the State Operations Manager.
You will take ownership of this centre by providing leadership and motivation to your team while having a significant impact on the day-to-day operational running of the site.
Role responsibilities
Production Workshop Management – oversee production management of the workshop to ensure targets are achieved and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition in accordance with AMA and Work Provider quality expectations.
Quality, Quotes, Parts and Vehicle Management – ensure comprehensive and accurate quotes, QA inspections and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.
Customer Service and Stakeholder Management – provide exceptional customer service to all clients and work providers through prompt, professional and friendly interactions.
Profit and Loss, Reporting and Administration – ensure the site is operating profitably.
Prepare and review P&Ls, budgets, job costings, KPIs and management reports to understand site performance.
Leadership and People Management – oversee staffing on site and ensure staffing levels and processes are in place.
Proactively build and maintain positive work provider relationships.
Work Health and Safety (WHS) – ensure that the site remains safe by maintaining the WHS management system, all WHS policies and procedures are followed and safety incidences/near misses are immediately reported and actioned.
