The Job & Duties
A North Fringe portfolio of ~110 properties, which will grow with new business. Take your time, get to know your clients and properties without huge portfolio numbers and pressure.
* Full autonomy over your portfolio — total visibility, total control
* Shared Administration Assistant across two Property Managers
* Dedicated in-house Leasing Consultant support
* No BDM. No Trust accounting.
* Hands-on, highly supportive Head of Department

* Ideally minimum of 2 years of portfolio management with a property management registration.
* Ability to work autonomously and be trustworthy

* Possess a strong work ethic and attention to detail
