Your Role
As a Porter, you'll be the face of first impressions, ensuring the efficient and secure transport of guest luggage, providing outstanding service, and making each guest's arrival and departure as smooth as possible.
Where you'll make an impact
* Welcome all guests with professionalism, providing a warm and friendly greeting.
* Handle guest luggage efficiently and securely, ensuring proper storage and accurate logging.
* Assist with arrivals and departures processing.
* Respond to guest enquiries, requests, complaints, and lost luggage reports in a prompt and courteous manner.
* Contribute positively to a team environment, working collaboratively across departments.
What we're looking for
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and the patience to work effectively with team members. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage time efficiently are essential in this role.
To be successful, you will need
* Previous experience in a customer-facing or similar role is essential, preferably within a luxury or high-end environment.
* A current open/unrestricted driver's licence (essential).
* Excellent personal presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Physical fitness and the ability to handle the demands of the role.
* Reliability, flexibility, and the ability to work shifts and rosters.
