We are looking for an experienced Personal Care Worker to provide safe, respectful and person-centred care in our residential aged care home in Norlane, Geelong.
You’ll work closely with our clinical team to support residents’ wellbeing, independence and quality of life.
Salary- $36.82 - $37.71 per hour + 25% casual loading + NFP benefits
Casual role with shifts across AM, PM and night duty (availability across weekdays is expected)
Key responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality, person-centred care aligned with individual care plans
* Support residents with daily living activities (personal care, mobility, meals)
* Build positive relationships with residents, families and the care team
* Accurately document care and report any concerns or changes
* Promote a safe, respectful and inclusive environment
About you:
* Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent
* Experience in residential aged care (preferred)
* Compassionate, reliable and team-focused approach
* Strong communication and attention to detail
* Commitment to dignity, respect and person-centred care
