**About us**

Network Alliance is a boutique MSP servicing many varied clients. We are very customer focus and always strive to provide the highest level of Customer Service to all of our clients. We started our operations back in 2004 and have been going strong ever since. The majority of our clientele are based in south east Queensland. **Qualifications & experience**
- Microsoft 365 Support, deployment and admin knowledge
- Understand of ticketing systems, in particular ConnectWise would be an advantage
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Previous experience in a Phone Based IT support Role
- Computer hardware knowledge and excellent Documentation Skills
- Knowledge of current Microsoft Desktop, Server and Office platforms is a must
- You should posses a valid Australian Drivers license

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Responding to requests for IT support services in a timely and effective manner
- Install, upgrade and repair computer hardware and software
- Monitor, identify and resolve network and hardware faults
- User administration within multiple platforms
- Maintain high levels of customer service at all times and portray a professional attitude reflective of the business

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- IT HelpDesk Support: 1 year (preferred)
- Microsoft 365 Support: 1 year (preferred)
