Job Purpose
Contributing to and delivering excellent customer service across Ayrshire Leisure, the Countryside Assistant will facilitate the organisation, preparation, and delivery of a wide range of planned programmes, activities, and events across East Ayrshire Leisure. The role involves contributing to the design and delivery of innovative, modern, and sustainable services. Working within a performance management and continuous improvement framework, the post holder will strive to exceed the expectations outlined in the East Ayrshire Leisure Strategy and Delivery Plan.

Rate of Pay
Rate of Pay - £14.83 - £15.53 per hour
Hours of work: Saturday and Sunday, 9.00am - 5.00pm, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break each day.
This is a temporary post until 31st March 2026.
