QMR Constructions is seeking an experienced Estimator with strong management and systems implementation experience to join our expanding team. This is a key role with the opportunity to influence and elevate our estimating function across the business.
About the Role
We are looking for a driven professional who can assess, standardise, and enhance our current estimating processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing a consistent estimating methodology, then leading the training, development, and support of the broader estimating team.
A core focus of the role is the implementation and control of pricing modules within Businesscraft to produce accurate, long-term cash flow reporting. You will also work closely with our existing estimators to ensure ongoing system competency and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
* Review, assess, and standardise existing estimating processes
* Develop and deliver training to estimators on preferred methodologies
* Implement, manage, and maintain pricing modules in Businesscraft
* Produce and oversee high-level cash flow reporting
* Provide ongoing support and training for estimators and site staff
* Liaise between QMR Constructions and Businesscraft to optimise system use
* Travel occasionally to various project sites to assist with system setup, training, and reporting
* Travel to our Queensland Head Office as required
About You
To be considered for this role, you must have:
* Extensive experience with Businesscraft, including training, reporting, and module management
* Proven estimating experience within the construction industry
* Strong capability in team leadership, process improvement, and systems implementation
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to train and mentor staff
* Willingness to travel to multiple project locations as required

Our Head Office is based in Queensland; however, this role will be based in our Beresfield (NSW) office.
