M and P Hanlon Investment Propriety Limited is currently looking to recruit full time Retail Supervisors for their McDonalds stores below: Morley, Beechboro, Brabham, Malvern Springs.
Responsibilities
* As a Shift Manager you are responsible for delivering outstanding QSC (Quality, Service & Cleanliness), sales, people practices and profit on your shifts.
* Supervise employees to ensure adherence to restaurant operations and procedures.
* Comply with restaurant safety and security standards for a safe working environment.
* Responsible for maintaining food safety to the highest standard.
* Review and monitor guest counts and sales projections to align with shift targets and restaurant goals.
* Actively seek customer feedback for an exceptional customer experience and repeat business.
* Work within a team to deliver the best quality and experience for our customers.

Qualifications
* Management experience in Hospitality or Retail (preferred but not required)
* First Aid Level 2 (preferred but not required)
* Fire Safety Training (preferred but not required)
Salary Range: $73,150.00 to $80,000.00 per annum
