This role involves providing strategic legal counsel to clients on all aspects of workplace relations, including employment legislation, employee disputes, redundancies, enterprise bargaining, anti-discrimination law, work health and safety, restructuring, downsizing, and outsourcing.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, have the ability to deliver legal advice with a client-focused approach, and possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
