**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Advisor to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring timely resolutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with the highest level of response and attention.
* Return missed phone calls and emails within 5 minutes.
* Determine if technical solutions can be resolved over the phone, escalating immediately to Shop Foreman or Service Manager as needed.
* Accurately record issues and data into Dealer Management System.
* Conduct transactions with system, walking customers through corrections and providing summaries.
* Communicate estimated completion times, regular updates, and status on each customer vehicle.
* Coordinate delivery times or pickups with customers.
* Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with work performed.
Requirements:
* Ability to follow oral and written instructions with attention to detail.
* Willingness to learn new and innovative automotive technologies.
* Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work.
* Perform detailed daily record keeping and reporting.
* Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines.
* Work in a team-based environment and achieve common goals.
* Familiarity with Dealer Management System(s), Outlook, and MS Office.
* Retail customer service experience preferred, with Automotive Retail experience being an added bonus.
* Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and an acceptable and safe driving record.
