About the Opportunity
We are looking for Kitchen Hands who possess a positive and motivated work ethic at all times.
Main Role Responsibilities
* Maintain the cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and work areas
* Provide assistance to the Chefs
* Keep up with volume dishes while operating an industrial dishwasher
Experience, Skills & Attributes
* Previous experience as a Kitchen Hand
* Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment advantageous
* Demonstrated organisational, time management skills
* Must be able to endure the repetitive and physically demanding nature of the role
* Available to work a rotating roster, including days, nights, weekends and public holidays
* OHS, food hygiene & safety understanding
* Excellent communication & presentation
* Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
* Possess a positive "can do" attitude
