**About the Role**
As an Assistant Coordination Officer, you will:
- Provide essential project and operational support by monitoring and reporting on project plans, milestones, and deliverables to ensure alignment with time, cost, and quality indicators.
- Update and manage project documentation to ensure adherence to agreed project management methodologies.
- Conduct research and analysis in designated project areas, interpret operational policies and procedures, and assist in the preparation of project briefs to support decision-making and planning.
- Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address implementation issues.
- Offer secretariat and administrative services, including coordinating committee meetings and preparing related documentation, to facilitate effective project management.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share insights, develop efficient work practices, and assist with crisis management in other local or regional areas.

**About the Agency**
The NSW Reconstruction Authority (the Authority) is a statutory corporation within Planning, Housing and Infrastructure. The Authority will improve how NSW plans for disasters and help communities to recover from them faster.
To reduce the severity and impacts of disasters, the Authority will complete critical planning and preparation with communities, NGOs, businesses, and government.
