About the roleOur Customer Service Support (CSS) staff are the first point of contact via the phone for BaptistCare's Support at Home services. The CSS team carries out a range of customer account administration tasks including managing service schedules, budgets, coordination of services for clients, and invoices.
Responsibilities
* Provide internal and external customer service via telephone to our Support at Home customers and private fee-for-service customers
* Liaise with BaptistCare customers daily to provide administration support for customer care plans
* Update customer notes and budgets, update schedules, process invoices
* Month-end reports
About you
To be successful in this role, you will need the following:
* Be located in North-West Tasmania
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar, phone-based role with a high volume of incoming calls and experience in problem solving
* Experience in the Aged Care sector will be highly regarded
* Qualification in Office Administration/Support or qualified by relevant experience
