**About the Role**:
The **Shopper Activation Manager - Pacific Islands** is an integral member of the KC Category & Grocery team. In this role, you will make a strong contribution to a high performing Category and Sales team and culture within KC. You will help build a strong customer and consumer focus across the Pacific Island markets, and will be embedded into the Developing and Emerging Channel team
Reporting into the National Account Manager - Pacific Islands, you will be responsible for bringing to life both above the line and below the line visibility drivers that support the delivery of strategic plans; as well as own all touch points across the path to purchase for all aspects of the multi-channel environment.
You will also deliver differentiated commercial and marketing activation plans for our customers, that amplify and disrupt the shopping mission across all KCA portfolios, whilst working seamlessly with the commercial, marketing and operations teams to ensure world class execution of the activity calendar throughout the year.
**Further responsibilities include but not limited to**:
- Develop the annual marketing and social media campaigns in partnership with National Account Manager, and key distributor partners, to deliver the key strategic plans across all categories;
- Manage the AC&P budget, to deliver POS, content execution and retailer activations with sufficiency based on the annual business plan.
- Cross functional work with the marketing, legal, category, sales and operations team to ensure all communication is on-brand and in keeping with the strategic priorities;
- Support the distributor and 3rd party field teams, through coaching and mentoring, to drive value creation across all retail channels, that ensures category growth is achieved through more than price alone;
- Manage social impact initiatives in Pacific Islands, working closely with the Sustainability and Communications team
- Utilise retailer and field force data, to ensure appropriate strategy is applied to executions across each category;
- Foster and grow, external relationships and partnerships;
- Lead the delivery of best in class instore execution to drive sales and conversion for the retailer;
- Make an active contribution to the team environment and culture, through sharing knowledge and collaborating with others to build an engaged workplace;
**About You**:
To be successful in our role, we are looking for someone with 2-3 years' demonstrated experience and knowledge across shopper marketing, FMCG or related areas, with deep understanding of filed execution, shopper, marketing and category principles and guidelines. Experience with digital media activation is also desirable.
You are someone that holds excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and influence senior management on certain aspects. You are a strong team player and hold experience working across a matrix environment with cross functional navigation.
Tertiary qualifications in Marketing and/or Business.
