About the Role
In this hands-on, full-time position you will be responsible for the ongoing care and presentation of outdoor areas across our portfolio of holiday homes.
You'll play a key role in ensuring every property looks immaculate, welcoming, and "Cozie" ready for guests.
Lawn mowing, edging & whipper snipping
Mulching, planting & seasonal garden improvements
Routine checks of outdoor areas across multiple properties
Basic upkeep of supplied tools and equipment
Reporting any issues or maintenance needs to management

For a full-time gardener in Cairns, with vehicle and equipment supplied, a competitive rate is$28–$35 per hourdepending on experience.
This sits comfortably above the Award minimum and should attract reliable, skilled candidates for ongoing garden maintenance across multiple properties.

Able to work independently and manage time effectively
Reliable, hardworking, and takes pride in presentation
Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
Location
