About the role The role focuses on driving sales performance through strong retailer collaboration, data-led planning, and cross-functional execution.
Key responsibilities include managing forecasts and new product launches, supporting promotional and range review activities, and ensuring delivery against internal KPIs such as sales, market share, and customer business plans.
It requires building strong retailer partnerships through joint business planning, category leadership, and collaborative projects to drive mutual growth.
Internally, the role works closely with Supply, Finance, Marketing, and Senior Sales leaders to ensure seamless execution of launches, informed decision-making, and alignment with overall sales and category strategies.
